學士班提年修讀碩士班 Five-Year Program

凡本校大學部四技前兩年（大一、大二）或二技第一年學業成績表現達全班前百分之五十、操行成績在七十五分以上者。Students studying at NKUHT (including foreign students).In the first two years of university (freshman, sophomore) academic grade average in the top 50% of the class and conduct scores above 75 points.

每年 7 月 1 日至 8 月 5 日止。Every year from July 1st to August 5th.

1. 申請表 Application form.
2. 歷年成績單正本一份(請繳交大一至大二下學期成績；轉學生附入學前原校及現修歷年成績單)。Transcripts (please submit the results of the next semester of first-grade to second-grade).
3. 自傳履歷乙份(以英文撰寫)。Autobiography (written in English).
4. 學習經歷乙份(可包括專題報告、論文發表及與報考動機相關 的榮譽、獎勵事蹟，及其他有利審查之文件；附相關證明尤佳)。The learning experience (which may include special reports, essay publications, honors related to the motivation for applying for the exam, award deeds, and other evidence; relevant certificates are preferred).

書面審查 40 %+面試 60 %(免筆試) Documents Review 40% + Interview 60%

• 應於本校學則規定之修業期限（四技修業四年，二技修業二年）屆滿（含）前取得學士學位。You should obtain a bachelor's degree before the expiration of the term of study stipulated by the school.
• 於學士班畢業學年度應參加本校碩士班甄試入學或考試入學，經錄取後始正式取得碩士班研究生資格。Prep students should get a degree and take a graduate entrance exam (either direct entry or regular exam) to be admitted and qualified as graduate students.
• 正式取得本校碩士班研究生資格者，不得辦理保留學籍。Those who have officially obtained our school’s master’s program are not allowed to apply for retention of student status.
• 預研生取得本校碩士班研究生資格後，於本校大學期間所選修之碩士班課程成績 70 分以上者，得於研究所入學當學期申請學分抵免，抵免之學分至多為其碩士班應修學分數之三分之二(不含論文學分)意即以 22 學分為上限，其餘應修學分(含碩士論文)應於取得碩士班研究生身份後修習。Pre-graduate students with a score of 70 or more in the master's course selected during the university period can apply for credit deduction in the semester of the graduate school entrance. The credit deduction to be credited is up to two-thirds of the required credits for the master's program (not including Master Thesis), which is the upper limit of 22 credits. The remaining credits (including the Master Thesis) should be studied after obtaining the master's degree.
